NOTIFICATION

S.O. 6112(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) and (2) of section 396 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 24th October, 2025 vide number S.O. 4850 (E), dated the 23rdOctober, 2025 namely:-

In the said notification, in paragraph 2, for the figures, letters and word “1st January, 2026”, the words, figures and letters “the 16thFebruary, 2026” shall be substituted.
